Business Plus brings people together without compromising comfort. The Mercedes-Benz V-Class offers a spacious, refined cabin, comfortable individual seating and convenient sliding-door access, making it well suited to business teams, families and those travelling with additional luggage.
From airport collections and shared business itineraries to family outings and longer journeys, there is space to settle in, stay connected and enjoy time together.
Your Executive Driver takes care of the road and the details around it. This is The Way: thoughtful preparation, a calm welcome and consideration for everyone on board.
Every well-considered journey begins with a few essential details. Please provide:
For a particular entrance, private driveway or precise meeting point, please include a what3words link alongside the full address. Gate codes, access instructions and a greeter’s contact details help us prepare for a smooth arrival. For groups arriving on different flights or travelling from several addresses, please share the full itinerary so we can coordinate the journey.
Assistance dogs are welcome on our UK journeys at no additional charge. If you wish, let us know ahead of travel so we can prepare for your comfort.
Other pets are welcome by prior arrangement, with a suitable transport carrier or protective blankets and appropriate safe restraint. Please tell us the type, size and number of animals when booking, together with any carrier dimensions. Any applicable charges will be confirmed in advance.
The Way extends to our youngest passengers. Business Plus offers families room to travel together, with patient boarding and help with pushchairs, bags and the belongings that accompany a family day out.
Infant seats, child car seats and booster seats can be arranged in advance, subject to availability; charges may apply. Please share each child’s age, height and weight so we can confirm a suitable seat. You are welcome to bring your own appropriate child seat. Tell us about the adults, children, seats and luggage travelling together so we can confirm a suitable seating arrangement.
Passenger and luggage capacity depend on the allocated vehicle and seating configuration. Please confirm your requirements when booking, including child seats, pushchairs and oversized items.
* Mobile connectivity is subject to network coverage. Business Plus is provided by Mercedes-Benz V-Class vehicles. Specifications and seating layouts may vary.
