Your chauffeur is briefed on the arrangements and understands the boundaries. Collection points are carefully considered, contact is coordinated with the people you nominate, and attention remains where it belongs: on your comfort, privacy and schedule. Preparing Your Journey

Share the itinerary with us directly or through your nominated representative. To prepare your journey, we require:

  • Lead passenger’s name and the nominated booking contact.
  • A suitable contact number for the passenger or accompanying representative.
  • Journey date, collection time and anticipated schedule.
  • Full collection and destination addresses, including postcodes and additional stops.
  • Flight details and, for private aviation, the terminal or handling agent.
  • Number of passengers and the quantity and size of luggage or equipment.
  • Any access restrictions, accreditation requirements, assistance needs or personal preferences.
  • Preferences for refreshments, cabin temperature and communication.

For a studio entrance, backstage access point, private driveway or discreet meeting location, please include a what3words link alongside the full address. Where required, we can coordinate with your security or production team and discuss confidentiality agreements before travel. Additional arrangements and any charges will be confirmed when booking.

Travelling with Pets

Companion pets are welcome by prior arrangement, with a suitable carrier or protective blankets and appropriate safe restraint. Your representative may arrange the details on your behalf; any applicable charges will be confirmed in advance.

Assistance dogs are welcome on our UK journeys at no additional charge.

Travelling with Children

For younger passengers, suitable infant seats, child car seats and booster seats can be arranged in advance, subject to availability; charges may apply. Please provide each child’s age, height and weight.

An accompanying vehicle can also be arranged for family members or additional members of your team.
